Through the practice of pranayama, we fill our bellies with breath, stirring up the energy of our emotional centers before drawing the breath into the loving presence of our hearts. We then exhale, releasing that which needs to be let go - allowing more space for our own unique vibrations to be expressed.
Plant Music Breathwork is accompanied by music generated by plants. Plants are living beings just like us, but much more sensitive. Through plant music, we monitor subtle shifts happening in a plant’s natural rhythms. These shifts are, in part, a result of a plant's response to its environment - both in realms humans perceive and those that only a plant can sense.
Through Plant Music Breathwork, we combine breathwork with listening exercises. We tune into the subtle shifts of plant music and use them as a prompt to tune into that which is shifting within ourselves.
